Agreca provided the participants with all the materials needed to carry out the practical training, and Intecap issued a certification that recognized them as experts. This will help them enter the labor market as experts.
The total effective training hours the participants participated in was 80. Their instructors were from the Technical Institute of Training and Productivity, -Intecap-, in western Guatemala.
