Recently, Progreso launched its new project, “Cuenta Conmigo” customer service ambassadors to promote a culture of exceptional service and satisfy customers in Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama and Colombia.

A new and innovative project called Customer Service Ambassadors “Cuenta Conmigo” was recently presented by Customer Experience and Service Culture.

This is aligned with the leadership agenda in the service axis and the sustainability pillar in search of being “The Favorite Supplier”.

The project was born from the need to promote a culture of exceptional service within the company, highlighting the importance of customer satisfaction and its positive impact on long-term results.

It aims to establish and promote high standards of customer service among work teams in all companies and countries where Progreso operates.

With a total of 128 ambassadors from Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama and Colombia, it seeks to ensure that each interaction with customers reflects Progreso’s values ​​and commitment to excellence in service.
