The pursuit of excellence is one of our priorities

Progreso works constantly to strengthen the culture of recognition and continuous improvement in its technical and human processes.

As a result, different sectors and associations, both nationally and internationally, recognize the job that the Guatemalan company has carried out.

The main pillars to maintain excellence and to be recognized worldwide are being an excellent place to work and promoting by example the culture of recognition.

During 2022, FranklinCovey recognized Progreso as an international success story in the implementation of “The 4 Disciplines of Execution» methodology.

The company also won first place in the E-Health Challenge, a worldwide inter-company olympiad in which employees join forces to achieve physical results. Last year, it was recognized by the Great Place to Work Institute as one of the 10 best places to work in Central America and the Caribbean. This recognition has been obtained consecutively since 2009.
