The Aguilas de Oro Program proudly celebrated its 12th anniversary, marking over a decade of dedication, discipline and spirit of service. The 69-member group recently gathered to commemorate this significant milestone.
The event featured the special participation of José Miguel Torrebiarte (Secretary of the Board of Directors), François Berger (COFANO Director) and Héctor Ortiz (Culture and Organizational Development Manager), who highlighted the importance of the work of the Golden Eagles over the years.
Throughout the year, Águilas de Oro has received support from several of Progreso’s collaborating trainers. The trainers have given workshops on a wide range of topics, including gardening, art, technology, and managing emotions. These activities have provided new skills and knowledge, as well as strengthened the sense of community and well-being among group members.
