The competition seeks to improve employees' physical activity by achieving goals and working as a team. Competing with 18 companies around the world during this event, participants accumulated kilometers in five different categories (walking, running, cycling, swimming, and daily activity). Participants could compete as individuals and in teams of a maximum of 7 members.

Results that inspire us

Progreso won first place in the daily activity category, walking and swimming, and second place in the running and cycling categories.

After the intervention, 9 out of 10 participants met the World Health Organization’s (WHO) daily physical activity recommendation.

It also significantly increased the participant’s physical activity level (6 times more when compared to before they participated). An important fact to highlight is that 97% of the participants considered that this project generated value in their lives.

Among the perceived benefits, 70% of the participants claimed having improved their physical condition, 65% were motivated to resume or acquire the habit of physical activity, 61% reported being in a better mood, and 58% reported a reduction in their stress levels.
