In this activity, Agreca made the donation of 2,500 trees where species of mahogany, cedar and matilisguate were found. The Environmental Management Unit of the Colomba municipality, together with the leaders of the neighboring communities of the Coatepeque Plant, Quetzaltenango, acquired the commitment to reforest their areas, with the Naranjo river bank as a priority.
Agreca made another donation of 4,200 forest trees for the Environmental Management Unit of the municipality of San Antonio, Suchitepéquez and the Fourth Infantry Brigade General Justo Rufino Barrios. These institutions, together with their community leaders, must also reforest their areas and the banks of the Ixtacapa River.
